Brendan Callaghan served as Head of Enterprise Sales at Sagard until 2022. As a member of the value creation team, Brendan assisted our portfolio partners build out their sales capabilities through improved processes and key sales recruitment. He also took on interim leadership positions across the portfolio, most recently as the Fractional Chief Revenue Officer at Pledg. He is based in Toronto, Canada.
Prior to Sagard, Brendan was the Global Sales Leader for OrangeHRM where he was responsible for all aspects of sales for the company, leading the organisation to achieve year-over-year record growth. Over the course of his career, Brendan has served in various sales leadership positions at startup and scale-up companies.
Brendan is a mentor for Next Canada and Women In Tech Sales, he holds a BA in Business from the University of Huddersfield (Honours). Brendan is also a former Co-President of the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals and is an active member of the Pavilion Executive, North American leading Sales Leadership Association.
