Adnan Mkamel is a Research Associate at Portage and joined the firm in 2022. As a member of Portage, Adnan is focused on market and investment research, investment operations, and portfolio management. Adnan is based in Montreal, Canada.
Prior to joining Portage, Adnan interned at PSP Investments, where he supported members of the investment team in the analysis of potential private natural resource investments across the agriculture sector. Prior to that, he interned at Novacap, where he participated in the development of financial models for private equity transactions in the financial services sector. Adnan also interned at Jarislowsky Fraser in equity research covering healthcare public equities.
Adnan holds a B.Com. in Finance (Distinction) from Concordia University and is a Calvin C. Potter Fellow.
