Antoinette Marrone is a Senior Director of Paralegal Services at Sagard and joined the firm in 2019. Antoinette is responsible for managing paralegal services, including implementing innovative technological tools to support the Legal Affairs team activities. Antoinette is based in Montreal, Canada.
Prior to Sagard, Antoinette spent over 20 years in the legal field as a paralegal or as head of the paralegal department for various groups, including at a national law firm, as well as the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), Dollarama and Bombardier. She has, on several occasions, helped build and restructure paralegal departments and has also served on committees promoting and mentoring paralegals and the paralegal profession.
Antoinette is a member of the Canadian Association of Paralegals and the International Practice Management Association.
