Christopher Randazzo is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the Technology Ventures Group within Rockefeller Asset Management. Chris serves as the chairman of the Investment Committee for the Technology Ventures Group and is also a senior advisor to the CEO of Rockefeller Capital Management. 

Chris was previously President of Private Wealth Management and Head of Technology and Operations for Rockefeller Capital Management. 

Prior to joining Rockefeller Capital Management, Randazzo was CIO of Morgan Stanley and Head of Institutional Wealth Management. Prior to that, Randazzo was CIO of Merrill Lynch Global Wealth and Asset Management. Chris joined Merrill Lynch in 1994 in Government & Repo Trading Technology and has held a series of senior technology leadership positions during his 19 years with the company. Prior to his appointment as CTO of Global Wealth Management in June 2008, Randazzo was Chief Technology Officer for the Merrill Lynch Global Bank, and head of technology for the Meril Lynch Trust business and the Advisory and Services groups within Global Wealth Management. Randazzo has also held positions in Global Markets and Investment Banking Operations and Global Derivative Systems. During his tenure with Merrill Lynch, Randazzo also led the technology component of a number of Strategic corporate initiatives including the acquisitions of First Republic Bank and Advest, and the divestitures of ML Capital and Merrill Lynch’s International Wealth Management business.
