Marshall Lux has been a financial services consultant and practitioner for 30 years. Marshall began his career at McKinsey, where he served all manner of financial service firms across a variety of subsectors and functional areas. He led McKinsey’s and BCG’s PE practice. He left McKinsey after ~25 years to become the Chief Risk Officer for Chase (all consumer products globally) during the 2008 financial crisis. He later joined BCG, where he was a Senior Partner for five years and helped build a PE practice. Marshall continues to be an active adviser to BCG.

Marshall sits on the Boards of Mphasis, Guardian Life, DHB Capital and Kapitus and advises companies ranging from consumer credit, wealth, insurance, and cybersecurity. He is a Senior Advisor to the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation and a Senior Fellow at Harvard Law School Program on International Financial Systems.

Marshall attended the Woodrow Wilson School, Princeton University (Summa Cum Laude) and Harvard Business School (Baker and Ford Scholar).
