Michael Amiraslani is an Associate at Portage and joined the firm in 2025. As a member of Portage, Michael invests in early-stage and growth-stage fintech opportunities globally. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management. Michael is based in Toronto, Canada.
Before joining Portage, he worked in M&A at RBC and Cantor Fitzgerald in New York and held roles at Purpose Unlimited and the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts, an MBA, and a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto.
