Ramla is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Chairman and CEO, as well as managing the CEO’s overall schedule and travel. Ramla is a member of the Chief of Staff’s team and is based in Montreal, Canada.
Prior to Sagard, Ramla was an executive assistant at TELUS. Ramla has nearly 20 years’ experience in multiple business sectors. She also served as the EA to the President of Infrastructures at SNC Lavalin. In this role, she supported four operational units, and helped facilitate change management through numerous organizational changes.Prior to this role, Ramla worked as EA and Administrative Office Manager for Mega Brands, where she managed all internal administrative services, took part in acquisition activities, and created a supplier network for a business travel policy she developed.
Ramla holds a B.A. in Translation from l’Université de Montréal and speaks English, French, Spanish and Arabic fluently.
