Randy Dibbley is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Portage and joined the firm in 2024. Randy is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance team dedicated to the Venture Capital strategy of Sagard. Randy is based in Toronto, Canada.
Prior to Sagard, Randy was the Group Controller and Head of the Bermuda Office at the private equity firm Auven Therapeutics. He also acted as the Chief Operating Officer for Auven’s Bermuda Branch entities. Prior to that Randy was a Senior Vice President at Citco Fund Services in Toronto. Before that Randy was a Senior Vice President and the Head of Fund Accounting for North America at CACEIS Investor Services (formerly Olympia Capital). Randy began his career in Audit at Deloitte in Canada and then KPMG in Bermuda.
Randy holds an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University. Randy is a Chartered Accountant/Chartered Professional Accountant (CA/CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
