Ryan Baudo is an Associate at Sagard and joined the firm in 2026. Ryan is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, due diligence, execution and portfolio management. Ryan is a member of the Portage Capital Solutions team and is based in New York, United States.
Prior to Sagard, Ryan was an investment banking analyst at Raymond James where he focused on mergers and acquisitions for clients in the technology sector.
Ryan graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S in economics and a concentration in finance.
