Her most recent positions were Global Brand Vice President and North American Personal Care Vice President. Her peers have recognized her as a leading marketer, and she has led award-winning marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, content and traditional communications. Having held Global, US and Canadian roles, Sharon has expertise in leading and executing consumer-driven strategy, segmentation, brand portfolio management and delivering revenue, share and profit growth.
Sharon has been a Diversity and Inclusion leader for the past decade, designing and spearheading Villa Leadership for Women, Unilever and the World Food Program’s designated program for Women’s Leadership. She is a Catalyst Canada Business Honouree and one of WXN’s Most Powerful Women.
