She provided accounting and reporting guidance on potential strategic acquisitions, investments, new products, and programs to ensure compliance with the IFRS framework and the Bank’s accounting policies. Prior to TD, Smriti was Manager within the CFO advisory group (Accounting Advisory Services) at KPMG, where she managed multiple IFRS implementation engagements apart from other accounting advisory projects for various clients across different industry sectors.
Smriti is a CPA and a Bachelor of Commerce from a reputed university in India.
