Alvin Wei is an Associate at Portage Ventures and joined the firm in 2025.
As a member of Portage Ventures, Alvin is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management.
Prior to Portage, Alvin worked at Coinbase in the Corporate Development & Ventures team, focused on early-stage investment opportunities, strategic investments, and M&A. Before that, Alvin was an investment professional at Cobalt Capital and Goldman Sachs.
Alvin holds a B.A. in Computer Science, cum laude, from Harvard College.
