Dominique Ritchie is Chief of Staff to CEO Adam Felesky and joined the firm in 2024.
As Chief of Staff, Dominique supports overall firm strategic planning, business development, and platform operations.
Prior to Portage, Dominique was an investment banker at TD Securities in both Toronto and New York, where she focused on M&A in the Communications, Media, and Technology sectors.
Dominique holds an H.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
