Melis is an Associate at Portage Ventures and joined the firm in 2025.
As part of the Portage Ventures team, Melis is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management.
Prior to Portage, Melis was a Summer Associate at Mubadala, where she focused on investments in high-growth, late-stage software companies. Earlier in her career, she held operating roles in banking regarding strategy and digital transformation.
Melis holds an M.B.A. from London Business School and a dual bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Psychology from Koc University.
