Rory MacMillan is an Associate at Portage Ventures and joined the firm in 2025.
As part of the Portage Ventures team, Rory is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management.
Prior to Portage, Rory was a venture debt investor in early and growth-stage European technology companies at Atempo Growth. Earlier in his career, he evaluated venture capital and private equity investments across the UK at Maven Capital Partners.
Rory holds a B.A. from the University of Durham.
