Yuqian Lin

Yuqian is an Analyst at Portage Ventures and joined the firm as an intern in 2025 before transitioning to a full-time role in 2026.

As part of the Portage Ventures team, Yuqian supports all aspects of the investment process, including origination, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management.

Yuqian’s previous experience includes venture capital internships at Inovia Capital and Manulife Investment Management, as well as a global markets internship at BMO Capital Markets.

Yuqian graduated from Waterloo University with a degree in Computing and Financial Management.
